Both ‘Half-Life 2: Deathmatch‘ and ‘Day of Defeat: Source‘ are ported to the Linux platform. The games are available to everybody, but require some actions to set up:

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Requirements:
- Team Fortress 2 for Linux
- half-life 2 deathmatch.gcf
- GCFScape
1. Make sure you launched TF2 for Linux at least once after installing it.
2. Open half-life 2 deathmatch.gcf with GCFScape and extract hl2mp folder to/home/$user/.local/share/steam/steamapps/<account>/team fortress 2/
3. Create steam_appid.txt in the TF2 folder and put the following into it: 320
4. Open the Terminal, go to TF2 folder and issue the following command:

My Intel chipset isn’t supported by TF2 (OpenGL issue)
