Lars Doucet, lead developer for Defender’s Quest asked on /r/Linux_gaming

Lars Doucet:  what kind of information you guys want to see?

Many are curious at the sales numbers and revenue compared to other platforms. Today he posted the answers on his personal blog and Gamasutra

And results are interesting, three times as many steam Linux sales as Mac sales! However Mac sales are higher through the developers website.

Sales revenue

Over the course of the Steam Linux sale,

Defenders Quest grossed $16,958 and made 2,079 sales. Let’s compare that to the various other Steam sales participated in:
